Abstract:In this study, considering the necessity of development, for countries and familiarity with these policies and hope for a better development of this issue has been addressed.So far, research has not been done in this area and, if taken, does not match my subject. This topic was originally chosen by my tutor and then I started researching with a little bit of change.The method of my research is the analysis of the theme because there is no research in this field and I am the first one and I can not do a review article; my collection tool is interviewed and with the professors of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Tehran, My statistics are interviewed.I had questions for guidance on the paper as an interview guide, and I asked about 11 questions from each professor. My sampling method is snowball. I took notes from each teacher's interview and put it in a table.At the end of all the conversations for each answer question, I got a table in the table. And at the end of my research, I concluded that these policies were not successful in Iran and that they had not made significant progress and are still not successful.
